Run your first test
- Save the assistant’s changes.
- Press Talk to assistant at the bottom right.
- Press Start call and allow the microphone.
- Talk like a customer would. Press End call when you’re done.
When you see Call saved., press Open conversations to read the summary and transcript.
Good to know
Talk from a quiet place. Tests use minutes from your trial credit or your plan.
What to test

| A common question | It answers with correct information. |
| Something it doesn’t know | It says so and offers the alternative you set up. |
| An appointment | It appears in the calendar with the right time and length. |
| A time when you’re closed | It doesn’t book at that time. |
| A follow-up | The email reaches the right person. |
| Another language | It understands and answers correctly. |
Important
Tests can create real appointments and send real emails. Use details and addresses you can check.
Test by phone
Transfers can only be tested on a phone call. Once the assistant has a number, call it from your cell phone. After setting up forwarding, call your usual number too.
If there’s no sound or it won’t connect
Check the microphone permission. If you opened the page from another app, press Open in browser to test from your browser.
