1. 1Go to Plans.
2. 2In Invoices, press Open Stripe portal.
3. 3View or download your invoices.

You can also change the payment method in the portal. If you don’t have permission, contact whoever manages the workspace.

If the amount isn’t what you expected

• Check the period the invoice covers.
• Check whether the plan is monthly or yearly.
• Check whether extra minutes or extra numbers were added.
• Check the tax applied.

If it still doesn’t add up, write to us with the date and the line item.
