Where to find itHome
What it can do for your business
When someone calls, the assistant answers in the voice you choose and asks what they need. You decide what it can help with:
- Answer questions: it uses the information you give it about your services, hours, prices, and location.
- Book appointments: it offers open slots from the connected calendar and confirms the booking, following the rules you set.
- Send an email after the call: it sends a summary to you or whoever you choose, in the cases you decide.
- Transfer calls: it passes the call to someone on your team when the rules you set are met.
How it receives calls
- Subscribe to a plan. Every plan includes one or more phone numbers.
- Assign the number to the assistant. It then answers the calls that come in on that number.
- Forward your calls. Set up call forwarding with your phone provider so the calls you choose go to the assistant’s number.
Good to know
Your customers keep calling your usual number. Forwarding sends those calls to the assistant’s number.
Test it before going live
You can talk to the assistant in your browser before choosing a plan. Tests are saved in Conversations, where you can read the summary and transcript. See how to test the assistant.
