Where to find itAssistants⋯ on the row
In Assistants, each row shows the assistant’s channel, language, and when it was last updated. Press the three-dot menu at the end of the row to see the actions.
| Action | What it does |

| Edit assistant | Opens the editor. |
| Assign a number / Manage number | Assigns or changes the number it answers. |
| Duplicate assistant | Creates a copy with the same setup. |
| Delete assistant | Deletes it. This can’t be undone. |
Duplicate
Use it to try changes without touching the assistant your customers talk to, or to create a similar one. Type a new name and press Duplicate. The copy has no number assigned.
Delete
Important
If the assistant has a number, it stops answering those calls. Assign the number to another assistant before deleting it.
