Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Emblematic, Inc. (operating as "Emblematic AI," "Emblematic Voice," "Emblematic," "we," or "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our website at emblematic.ai (the "Site").

Scope of this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect when you access or use our Site. Except for the “Google user data” section below — which also applies to our platform — it does not apply to personal information we receive or process when you use our enterprise products and services. Privacy terms applicable to our enterprise products and services are set out in separate written agreements between Emblematic and the relevant customer.

If you are an authorized user of our platform (emblematic.app), your use is governed by the agreement between your organization and Emblematic, Inc., including the relevant Data Processing Agreement.

"Personal information" means any information that identifies or relates to a particular individual, including information referred to as "personally identifiable information" or "personal data" under applicable data protection laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Our commitments

  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.
  • We do not use Site visitor data to train AI models.
  • Our Site is intended for professional and business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Information we collect

  • Information you provide: when you interact with our Site, you may provide us with information through the contact or demo-request form, including name, company name, email address, and intended use.
  • Information collected automatically: when you visit our Site, we automatically collect certain information using cookies and similar technologies, including device and usage data (IP address, browser type and version, device information, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, timestamps) and analytics and advertising data via Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta. For more information, see Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

How we use personal information

We use personal information collected through the Site to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and demo requests.
  • Communicate with you about our products and services, where you have requested it or where we have a legitimate interest.
  • Analyze trends, understand our visitor base, and improve the Site.
  • Detect, prevent, and address security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

Google user data

This section applies when you or your organization connect a Google account to our platform.

  • Data we access: with your authorization, we access your Google Calendar data, including your calendar list, your availability (free/busy information), and your calendar events.
  • How we use it: solely to provide our scheduling features — reading your availability to offer open time slots and prevent double-booking, and creating, updating, canceling, and managing calendar events and dedicated calendars for appointments scheduled through our service.
  • How we share it: we do not sell Google user data and do not use it for advertising. We process it using third-party AI service providers (including our language, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech providers) that are contractually bound not to retain the data or use it to train or improve their models.
  • Retention and revocation: we retain Google user data only as long as necessary to provide these features. You may disconnect your Google account at any time, which revokes our access.

Limited Use: The use of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use, transfer, or sell Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized or foundational AI/ML models.

Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA/CPRA grants California residents the right to:
