Where to find itAssistantIntegrations
In Assistants, open an assistant and press Integrations at the bottom of the settings list. There you can see the available connections, like calendars, booking tools, communication tools, and CRMs.
In the appIntegrations
Calendar
Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook are connected from the assistant, in Book appointments.
Other tools
When you press Connect, you can book a call with the team to discuss other integrations. Tell us:
Which tool you use.
What information you want to look up or save.
When the assistant should do it.
Example request
After every call, I want a contact created in our CRM with the caller’s name, phone, and reason for calling.
