Before you subscribe: trial credit
Your account includes minutes to test the assistant in your browser. On Home you can see the minutes left under Trial credit. When they run out, choose a plan or book a call with the team.
With a plan: monthly usage
On Home, Monthly usage shows minutes used, calls this period, average length, and when it resets. In Plans you’ll see Current period usage.
If you go over the minutes included in your plan, you’ll see the overage. Those minutes are billed on top of your plan.
What uses minutes
- Customer calls.
- Tests from the browser or by phone.
To avoid very long calls, set a max call duration.
Good to know
Usage appears once completed calls sync. It can take a few minutes.
