Where to find itAssistantSend emails after call
Open Send emails after call and press Add email. When a call ends, the email is prepared from the transcript and sent based on the condition you set.
1. Write the subject
This is the text in the email’s subject line. For example: “New inquiry waiting for a reply”.
2. Choose who gets it
| Option | How to use it |
|---|---|
| Fixed Recipient(s) | Type your team’s email addresses. Confirm each one with Enter or a comma. |
| Dynamic Recipients | Say which address should get each type of request. Include the full addresses. |
Good to know
With dynamic recipients, emails only go to the addresses you write here, never to one mentioned during the call.
3. Decide when it’s sent
In Under what condition should an email be sent after the call?, describe when you want to receive it. Leave it empty and it’s sent after every call.
4. Choose the content
With Standard, you write a template and add data with Add Variable. With Individual Prompt, you tell the AI what to include in the email.
| Variable | What it adds |
|---|---|
{{fromNumber}} | The number the caller used. |
{{callLink}} | The link to the conversation in Emblematic. |
{{summary}} | The call summary. |
{{transcript}} | The full transcript. |
5. Save and test
Press Save and run two tests: one call that meets the condition and one that doesn’t. Check that the email only goes out for the first one. If you don’t get it, check spam and the checklist.
You can create several emails, for example one for the team and one for billing. Use Duplicate to start from one you already have.
