Open the assistant and go to Voice / Language.
Choose a voice
- Press Change next to the current voice.
- Search by name, language, accent, gender, or use case.
- Press play to listen to each voice.
- Pick the voice that best fits your business and press Save.
Tags can guide your choice: Recommended, Most natural, or Expressive. The accent shows as Castilian or International.
Choose the language
The language you select is the one the assistant answers in. Besides English and Spanish, you can pick German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Greek, Catalan, or Multilingual, which is designed to switch to the caller’s language.
Good to know
Catalan doesn’t work with every voice and transcriber. Test it before using it with customers.
Check the result
Save and press Talk to assistant. Listen to how it says a price, a date, and a name. To change the speed or expressiveness, see Tune the voice.
